There is an ongoing debate on whether or not pornography and sex are addictive.
Our intent with this assessment is not to enter into the addiction or not debate and we are not concerned with labeling you as an addict either.
We do know from helping thousands of men and women from 35 countries, that the harms of pornography and unwanted sexual behaviors are REAL and they destroy lives and important relationships.
What we are concerned with is providing you necessary information to evaluate your sexual behaviors and if necessary to take corrective action steps to help you overcome these behaviors so that no further harm may come your way.
How can a self-test help me understand my behaviors?
While this assessment does not replace a consultation with a professional it is a good preliminary step to gather information about your sexual behaviors and symptoms if you have some level of concern about them.
You will receive a score based on your answers that will help you see where your sexual behaviors are on the spectrum of healthy to problematic behaviors. Moreover, you can download a personalized report based on your score that has detailed background information and actionable steps you can take.
